Valiya Minerals and Chemicals, formerly known as JS Minchem, is a trusted name in the Phosphate industry, backed by over three decades of experience. As part of the Valiya Group, we are engaged in the manufacturing and processing of phosphate-based products, with a strong focus on quality, technical excellence, and operational transparency.
We have been manufacturing ROCK-BASED DI CALCIUM PHOSPHATE (DCP) for over 15 years, catering to the animal nutrition and feed industry. DCP manufacturing is a highly technical and process-sensitive operation. At Valiya Minerals & Chemicals, we follow a controlled, compliant, and well-monitored production process. We do not use hazardous waste materials such as hydrochloric acid. Instead, our DCP is manufactured using High-Grade Sulphuric Acid, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and adherence to industry standards.
Beyond DCP, the Valiya Group is a leading manufacturer of Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Mineral Gypsum, and Rock Phosphate. We also provide high-purity Hydrated Lime and Limestone Powder tailored for the agricultural and chemical processing industries. Our manufacturing facility is located at Gudli Industrial Area, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and is supported by experienced manpower and robust process controls.
Our manufacturing strength is reflected in our scale of operations. We operate with an installed production capacity of 27,000 MT per annum of Rock-Based Di Calcium Phosphate (DCP). This is supported by a strong logistics network of over 300 owned vehicles, enabling timely, reliable, and uninterrupted deliveries across regions.
